- In a bowl, add mix packet, salt, desired condiments, & 40-50mL of water . Mix & let sit for 10 minutes. (Optional – Add 1 teaspoon of oil)
- Shape mixture into filet or sticks.
- Cooking options:
- Deep fry in hot oil on low heat for 6 minutes (recommended for a crispy texture)
- Pan-fry in hot oil for on low to medium heat for 20 minutes
- Air fry at 325 degrees for 20 minutes (flip halfway through)
